Following the first week of any notable activity in the world of FTSE100 DRRs and AGMs for a while (see our previous blog post), last week saw another couple of FTSE100 30 June year-end companies release their DRRs. After a quiet summer, it appears that the world of executive remuneration is slowly but surely getting back to business.
The two companies that released their DRRs were BHP Billiton and Hargreaves Lansdown. BHP Billiton’s DRR attracted some press comment following the remuneration committee’s decision to freeze directors’ pay (unlikely to be something that BHP Billiton’s shareholders object to at the AGM on 23 October).
The London Stock Exchange has also carried out its quarterly review of the FTSE100 constituents. Directline and Dixons Carphone (the merged entity of Dixons Retail and Carphone Warehouse Group following the August 2014 merger) have now become constituents of the FTSE100. Links to their DRRs along with their AGM results and all the other FTSE100 DRRs and AGM results are in our single source document.
